These savory pumpkin cheeseburger sliders are a delightful twist on the classic burger. Topped with a spicy aioli, they are perfect for parties or a fun family dinner.
Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 egg
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 12 slider buns
– Lettuce leaves for garnish
– Sliced pickles for garnish
Spicy Aioli:
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
– 1 tsp lemon juice
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Notes
These sliders can be made ahead of time and frozen. Just bake them straight from the freezer, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
