Description

This Savory Pumpkin Chili Cheese Burger is a delightful twist on the classic burger, featuring a spicy pumpkin chili patty topped with melted cheese and a drizzle of spicy maple syrup. Perfect for fall gatherings!


Ingredients

– 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

– 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

– 1 cup cooked quinoa

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

– 1 small onion, diced

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tablespoon chili powder

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 4 burger buns

– Lettuce and tomato for toppings

– 1/4 cup maple syrup

– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
