Description

Ingredients

2 large whole wheat tortillas

4 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
