These Sinful Chocolate Peanut Butter Bliss Bars are a decadent treat that combines rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter for an irresistible dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt until well blended.
2. Press the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
6. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
For a twist, add chopped nuts or sea salt on top of the chocolate layer.
