Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
8 small flour tortillas
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the sliced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken.
4. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
