Ingredients
– 2 lbs chicken wings
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 2 jalapeños, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp smoked paprika
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 1 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
– 1/4 cup butter, melted
– Fresh cilantro, for garnish
