Description

Ingredients

8 ounces elbow macaroni

2 tablespoons butter

1 large onion, diced

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup milk

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

3. 3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until golden brown.

4. 4. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, sautéed onions, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
