Description

A delicious smoked bacon four cheese burger stuffed meatloaf that combines the best of both worlds for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef

1 lb ground pork

8 slices smoked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped bacon, and all cheeses.

3. 3. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, parsley, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. 4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

5. 5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

6. 6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.


Notes

For extra flavor, brush the meatloaf with barbecue sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking.
