Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
8 slices smoked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped bacon, and all cheeses.
3. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a smoker-safe pan.
5. Smoke the meatloaf for about 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
6. Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite BBQ sauce on top during the last 30 minutes of smoking.
