Description

This Smoked Bacon Four-cheese Loaded Meatloaf Stack is a deliciously rich and savory dish that combines the smoky flavor of bacon with a blend of four cheeses, creating a mouthwatering meatloaf experience.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

8 slices smoked bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat your smoker to 250°F (121°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, chopped bacon, and all cheeses.

3. Add breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a smoker-safe pan.

5. Smoke the meatloaf for about 2 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

6. Remove from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
