This Smoked Bacon Triple-cheese Cheeseburger Loaf Bake is a decadent twist on the classic cheeseburger, featuring layers of smoky bacon, three types of cheese, and a savory loaf that’s perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup smoked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 loaf of bread, hollowed out
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy, then drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, blue cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix until well combined, then stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out loaf of bread.
5. Place the stuffed loaf on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until the meat is cooked through.
6. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add some diced jalapeños to the meat mixture.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces for a fun appetizer.
