Description

These Smoked Cheddar Bacon Stuffed Meatballs are a delicious blend of smoky flavors and cheesy goodness, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1 cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup chopped parsley

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix in the crumbled bacon and smoked cheddar cheese until well combined.

4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

5. Place the meatballs on the smoker rack and smoke for 1 hour or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).

6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding different types of cheese or spices to the meat mixture.

These meatballs can also be grilled if a smoker is not available.
