Description

These Smoked Chipotle Brisket Sliders are packed with flavor and perfect for tailgating. The smoky, spicy brisket paired with a creamy slaw will impress your guests!


Ingredients

2 lbs brisket

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon chipotle powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup beef broth

12 slider buns

1 cup coleslaw mix

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Rub the brisket with smoked paprika, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

2. Place the brisket in a smoker at 225°F for 8-10 hours, or until tender.

3. Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for 30 minutes.

4. While the brisket is resting, prepare the creamy slaw by mixing coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

5. Shred the brisket and pile it onto slider buns.

6. Top with creamy slaw and serve immediately.


Notes

For added flavor, try marinating the brisket overnight with the rub. You can also use a slow cooker if you don’t have a smoker.
