Ingredients
4 lbs beef brisket
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
8 sandwich buns
1 cup coleslaw (optional)
Sliced pickles (optional)
Instructions

2. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
3. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.

5. 4. Place the brisket in the smoker and smoke for about 6-8 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
