Description

These Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Explosion Sliders are a delicious combination of smoky flavors and juicy meat, perfect for any barbecue gathering.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1 lb bacon, chopped

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Slider buns


Instructions

1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Lay out the bacon strips in a lattice pattern on a sheet of parchment paper.

4. Spread the meat mixture over the bacon, then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and drizzle with BBQ sauce.

5. Roll the bacon and meat mixture tightly, securing it with toothpicks if necessary.

6. Smoke the roll for about 2 hours, basting with BBQ sauce halfway through.

7. Once cooked, slice into slider-sized pieces and serve on buns with extra BBQ sauce.
