Description

These Smoky BBQ Beef Brisket Sliders are a delicious and hearty meal perfect for gatherings. Tender brisket is smothered in smoky BBQ sauce and served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

2 lbs beef brisket

1 cup smoky BBQ sauce

12 slider buns

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Coleslaw for topping


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Rub the brisket with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover with foil.

4. Cook in the oven for 3 hours until tender.
