Description

Delicious Smoky BBQ Brisket Nachos topped with Cheddar Wave sauce are the perfect dish for game day or any gathering. Enjoy the smoky flavors of brisket combined with crispy tortilla chips and a creamy cheese sauce!


Ingredients

– 1 lb smoked brisket, shredded

– 1 bag tortilla chips

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 1 cup BBQ sauce

– 1/2 cup sour cream

– 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

– 1/4 cup chopped green onions

– 1 tbsp olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Sauté the shredded brisket in olive oil over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.

3. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.

4. Top the chips with the sautéed brisket, BBQ sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese.

5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with a bit of BBQ sauce for the Cheddar Wave.

7. Remove nachos from oven and drizzle with Cheddar Wave sauce.

8. Garnish with jalapeños and green onions before serving.


Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of smoked paprika to the brisket.
