Description

These Smoky BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches are a delicious and easy appetizer perfect for any gathering. Tender pulled pork is coated in a rich, smoky BBQ sauce and served on soft buns.

2 lbs pork shoulder

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

8 hamburger buns

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
