Description

These Smoky Chipotle BBQ Chicken Tacos are a delicious blend of smoky flavors and spicy chipotle, perfect for any taco night.


Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup smoky chipotle BBQ sauce

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1 lime, cut into wedges


Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, toss the chicken thighs with the BBQ sauce until well coated.

3. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

5. Slice the chicken into strips.
