Description

These Smoky Chipotle Sweet Potato Wedges are a delicious and healthy side dish, perfect for any meal. The combination of smoky spices and sweet potatoes creates a flavorful experience.


Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chipotle powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.

3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

4. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
