Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Stir in minced garlic and diced bell pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
4. Add grated cauliflower to the skillet and mix well.
5. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro.
