These Spiced Honey Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars with Nutty Crust are a delightful fusion of sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for fall!
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

3. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts, melted butter, and honey. Mix until well combined.

5. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to form the crust.

7. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

9. Add the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Beat until well combined.
