Description

These Spicy Avocado Chicken Wraps are a delicious and healthy lunch option, packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 ripe avocado

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup Greek yogurt


Instructions

1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.

4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

5. Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

6. Slice the grilled chicken and mash the avocado in a separate bowl.

7. Spread the mashed avocado on each tortilla, add lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced chicken.

8. Top with Greek yogurt and wrap tightly.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy!


Notes

For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños to the wraps.

These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
