Ingredients
1 ripe avocado
1 cup hummus
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
Salt to taste
1 package of mini pita breads
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
3. Add the hummus, chili powder, lime juice, and salt to the bowl.
4. Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
5. Slice the mini pita breads in half to create pockets.
6. Fill each pita pocket with the avocado-hummus mixture.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
For extra spice, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
