Description

These Spicy Avocado Shrimp Bites are a perfect blend of flavors, combining creamy avocado with succulent shrimp and a kick of spice, making them an irresistible appetizer.


Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 ripe avocados, mashed

1 lime, juiced

1 jalapeño, finely chopped

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the mashed avocados, lime juice, jalapeño, cilantro, salt, and pepper.

2. In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
