Description

These Spicy Bacon Avocado Bites are a delicious and easy appetizer, perfect for any gathering. The combination of crispy bacon and creamy avocado with a hint of spice will leave your guests wanting more.


Ingredients

6 slices of bacon

2 ripe avocados

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lime juice

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

3. In a bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

4. Slice the cooked bacon into smaller pieces.

5. On a serving platter, place a dollop of the avocado mixture and top with a piece of bacon.

6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.


Notes

For extra spice, add diced jalapeños to the avocado mixture.

These bites are best served fresh but can be prepared in advance and assembled just before serving.
