These Spicy Beer-Battered Chicken Wings are crispy, flavorful, and perfect for game day or a backyard barbecue. The tangy sauce adds the perfect kick!
Ingredients
– 2 pounds chicken wings
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup beer (lager or pale ale)
– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying
– ½ cup hot sauce
– ¼ cup melted butter
– 1 tablespoon honey
