Ingredients
– 8 hot dogs
– 8 slices of bacon
– 1 cup cornmeal
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 2 large eggs
– Vegetable oil for frying
– 1 cup BBQ sauce (for dipping)
