Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon chipotle sauce
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper.
2. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each tortilla.
