Description

This spicy chipotle chicken salad wrap is a delicious and healthy lunch option, packed with flavor and nutrients.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chipotle sauce

1 teaspoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped cilantro


Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

2. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.

3. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a flat surface.
