Description

These Spicy Garlic Herb Cheese Bites are a delightful appetizer that combines creamy cheese with bold flavors of garlic and herbs, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried basil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.

5. Place the cheese balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.


Notes
