Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
4. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
6. Serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spice mixture for a few hours before baking.
Adjust the level of spiciness by varying the amount of red pepper flakes.
