Description
A delicious and spicy garlic herb shrimp pasta that is quick to prepare and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink.
5. Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet with shrimp.
6. Toss with lemon juice and parsley, mixing well.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine while cooking the shrimp.
Serve immediately for best taste.
