These Spicy Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are a delicious and healthy side dish, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, add lemon zest before serving.
These can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven.
