Description
Crispy potato wedges tossed in a spicy garlic and parmesan mixture, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
Adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
