Description
A delicious and spicy garlic shrimp pasta that is quick to prepare and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
5. Drain spaghetti and add to the skillet, tossing to combine.
6. Stir in lemon juice and parsley, mixing well.
Notes
For extra heat, add more red pepper flakes.
Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
