These Spicy Herb-infused Chicken Wraps are a delicious and healthy lunch option, packed with flavor and nutrition.
Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
4 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup mixed greens
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the sliced chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the spice mixture.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
5. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 1 minute on each side.
6. Assemble the wraps by placing mixed greens, diced tomatoes, and sliced chicken on each tortilla.
7. Drizzle Greek yogurt and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top before wrapping it up.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less cayenne pepper.
You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or avocado for extra flavor and nutrition.
