Description

These Spicy Honey BBQ Chicken Bombs are the perfect finger food for your game day feast! Juicy chicken, wrapped in crispy bacon, and coated in a sweet and spicy sauce will have everyone cheering for more.


Ingredients

– 1 lb chicken breast, diced

– 8 slices of bacon

– 1 cup BBQ sauce

– 1/4 cup honey

– 1 tsp cayenne pepper

– 1 tsp smoked paprika

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Toothpicks for securing


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Dice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika.

3. Wrap each chicken piece with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

4. In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and honey together.

5. Place the wrapped chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Brush generously with the honey BBQ sauce mixture.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.

8. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side.


Notes

These chicken bombs can be made ahead of time and baked right before serving. Adjust the spice level by using more or less cayenne pepper. Enjoy!
