Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, and ginger.
3. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
4. Pour the honey garlic mixture over the chicken, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
6. Baste the chicken with the sauce halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
7. Once done, let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with rice or vegetables.
Notes
For extra heat, add more sriracha to the sauce.
