Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine honey, sriracha, minced garlic, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
4. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy honey garlic wings!
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level.
