Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon fillets.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
6. While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the broccoli.
7. Once the salmon is done, assemble the bowls with rice, broccoli, carrots, and salmon on top.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.
Notes
For extra spice, add more red pepper flakes.
You can substitute the salmon with chicken or tofu for a different protein option.
