This Spicy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-fry is a quick and flavorful dish that combines succulent shrimp with a sweet and spicy sauce, perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
1. 1. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and sriracha.
2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
4. 4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
5. 5. In the same pan, add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
6. 6. Return shrimp to the pan and pour sauce over.
7. 7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
8. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. 9. Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra heat, add more sriracha.
You can substitute shrimp with chicken or tofu for a different protein.
