Ingredients
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. 2. Stir in the chopped crispy bacon until evenly distributed.
3. 3. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are moistened.
4. 4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
5. 5. Scoop the cheesecake mixture on top of the crust and smooth the tops.
6. 6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.

Notes
For an extra kick, increase the cayenne pepper to 1 teaspoon.
You can use store-bought caramel sauce or make your own for a fresher taste.
These bites can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
