Description

These Spicy Maple Glazed Chicken Thighs are a perfect blend of sweet and spicy, served with a side of roasted veggies for a complete meal.


Ingredients

4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sriracha

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots)

2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.

4. Toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.

5. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the same baking sheet.

6. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.

7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.


Notes

For extra heat, add more sriracha to the marinade.
