Ingredients

Scale

1 lb (450g) bacon strips

1 cup fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

2. In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, sriracha sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.

3. Wrap each piece of pineapple with a strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.

4. Place the bacon-wrapped pineapple on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5. Brush the bacon-wrapped pineapple with the maple syrup mixture.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.

7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
