These Sweet Chili Bacon Cheesecake Bites combine the rich creaminess of cheesecake with the sweet and spicy flavors of sweet chili sauce and crispy bacon. Perfect for parties or a unique dessert treat!
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 oz sour cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add in the sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
4. Fold in the sweet chili sauce and crumbled bacon.
5. Place the mini phyllo pastry cups on a baking sheet.
6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each pastry cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the filling is set.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
