Description

Sweet and spicy sliders featuring a blend of maple bacon and jalapeños, perfect for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground beef

1/2 lb bacon, chopped

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 jalapeños, diced

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Pickles for garnish

Instructions

1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy.

2. Remove bacon and drain on paper towels, reserving a little bacon grease in the pan.

3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, jalapeños, and seasonings.

4. Cook until beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes.

5. Stir in the cooked bacon and maple syrup; mix well.

6. Form the mixture into small patties.

7. Grill or pan-fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side.

8. Place cheese on top of patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.

9. Serve on slider buns with pickles and additional jalapeños if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your spice preference. These sliders pair perfectly with a cold beverage!
