Description

These Sweet Heat Pineapple Bacon Sliders combine the smoky flavor of bacon with the sweetness of pineapple and a spicy mayo that brings everything together. Perfect for parties or a fun dinner!

Ingredients

– 12 slider buns

– 12 slices of bacon

– 1 ripe pineapple, sliced into rings

– 1/2 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons Sriracha

– 1 tablespoon honey

– Fresh cilantro for garnish

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.

2. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

3. 2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey to create the spicy mayo. Set aside.

4. 3. Grill the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

5. 4. Grill the pineapple rings for about 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.

6. 5. Assemble the sliders by placing a grilled pineapple slice on each bun, followed by a slice of bacon, and a dollop of spicy mayo.

7. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro, add the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

– Feel free to adjust the Sriracha amount based on your heat preference.

– These sliders can be made ahead of time and assembled just before serving for a quick party snack.
