Description

These Sweet Heat Pineapple Bacon Sliders combine the smoky flavor of crispy bacon with sweet and tangy pineapple, topped off with a zesty aioli. Perfect for parties or a fun meal!

Ingredients

– 1 lb bacon

– 1 fresh pineapple, sliced into rings

– 12 slider buns

– 1 cup mayonnaise

– 2 tablespoons sriracha

– 1 tablespoon lime juice

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

1.

2. 1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

3. 2. Cook the bacon on the grill until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

4. 3. Remove bacon and place pineapple rings on the grill, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until caramelized.

5. 4. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the zesty aioli.

6. 5. Assemble sliders by placing a slice of grilled pineapple on the bottom half of each bun, followed by two pieces of bacon, and a dollop of aioli on top.

7. 6. Add the top half of the bun and garnish with fresh cilantro.

8. 7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can adjust the spiciness of the aioli by adding more or less sriracha, depending on your preference.
