Ingredients
2 to 3 pounds pork loin roast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Rub the pork loin with olive oil.
3. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
4. Coat the pork loin evenly with the spice mixture.
5. Place the pork in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
6. Roast in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
7. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
