Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. 2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
3. 3. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a roux.
4. 4. Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the sauce thickens.
5. 5. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
6. 6. Combine the cooked macaroni, turkey, and cheese sauce in a large mixing bowl.
